Rainbow Party Package 1 -
Delivery & Pick Up Only

An affordable option for soft play hire if you’ve got the time and energy to set up a colourful play space your way.
Our premium rainbow party package includes delivery & pick up of the complete soft play set on weekends.
Delivery is at 9am and pick up is at the conclusion of your event or at 9am the following day. We may be able to be flexible with delivery and pick up times on request.

Our premium rainbow party package includes delivery & pick up of the complete soft play set on weekends, as well as professional set up of the colourful play space, and pack down at the conclusion of your event.

Our equipment is best suited to children from approximately 6 months to 5 years old. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Our soft play tumbling mats are each 1.2m wide x 3m long. Our party package includes 4 tumbling mats which velcro together to make a play space that is either 3m x 4.8m or 2.4m x 6m.
We recommend you ensure there is at least 1.2m of free space around the play area, so ideally not up against any walls or potential hazards.

No, our flower ball pit is 1.2m x 1.2m and is available at an additional fee of $100 for 200 balls and $150 for 400 balls.

Absolutely.
Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised and inspected before and after every hire using child-safe cleaning products.
We also carry out regular maintenance checks to ensure our equipment remains in excellent condition.

Yes.
We've invested in premium commercial-grade equipment manufactured from high-quality, non-toxic materials with rounded edges and durable construction.
Before every hire, our equipment is cleaned, inspected and checked to ensure it's in excellent condition.
Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.

Our equipment is primarily designed for indoor use.
That said, we’re more than happy to accommodate outdoor setups, provided there is a clean, flat, dry surface and appropriate weather conditions.
Equipment cannot be placed directly on dirt, gravel, sand, bark, uneven ground or wet grass.

If your event is outdoors, we’ll work with you the day before delivery to chat through a different plan.
To keep the kids and everyone safe, and protect the equipment, we cannot set up in wet or unsafe conditions.

We understand accidents happen.
If equipment is accidentally damaged during your hire, please let us know as soon as possible.
Charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear and tear or for lost items, as outlined in our Hire Agreement.
